Initially, the Tick system was created mainly to support the Amazon platform, which is one of the most extensive and demanding on the modern market.

Integration with Amazon FBA

Due to the well-developed system of integration with the Amazon FBA platform, it is possible to create shipments, control stock levels, confirm receipt of products by Amazon, track returns of goods or refunds from Amazon, e.g. for a damaged product in the warehouse. Customizable reports are available - create sales reports, reports on returned products, or payout reports, and more.

Having an internal SKU that cross-platform SKUs map to. In this way, you gain the ability to control the statistics of individual products, or check the stock levels. There is also the so-called ''black list of products'' - for those goods that for some reason should not sell or have a negative customer rating.

Invoicing system - bookkeeping in the EU

The TICK system has been adapted to all EU sales requirements, thanks to which it is possible to issue invoices with different VAT rates, which in turn allows you to settle tax for individual EU countries. The invoicing system allows you to issue collective and correcting invoices. In addition, the system is integrated with many accounting programs, including the most popular - Subiekt. It also allows you to generate sales, invoice and financial reports.

Price synchronization

Prices and inventory can be updated once a day or as required on all platforms. The update can be based on sales made on any of marketplaces and also other requirements.

Order status

Easily controls the flow of orders, so the customer can quickly check their status. This allows you to see if your order is being processed, approved, canceled, refunded or partially compensated.

Integration with couriers

Our system allows you to automatically add shipment numbers and to track them. The shipment number will also be visible to the customer. In addition, the customer receives each time information about the change in the status of the shipment.
Order details can be exported to the courier company's system.
