From January 1, 2021. When importing goods from the EU, customs declarations must be made. These rules now apply to imports of goods from the rest of the world, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
You can make the declaration yourself, but most companies use the services of a courier, freight forwarder or customs broker.
